The more I learn about Japan war crime in WW2, the more I believe they weren't victims of war at the end, they deserve that 😑
No way!!! I needed to take a minute for this one. I knew Bush escaped some sort of bombardment when he served in WWII but I didn't know it was this one. He escaped the fate of his mates by the edge of his teeth. It really didn't surprise me that the Japanese tortured and cannibalize the American POWs. I know of other similar and far worse atrocities that they inflicted on the Chinese, Thai's, Vietnamese, etc. It's in books for college lit. No pictures and that makes it worse. It's stuff that gave mightmares after reading and discussing them in class.
Oh I see, two war criminals never learned the lesson to not be barbaric and went on to inflict their own savagery. The Japanese were charged for war crimes, what about the Americans?
I think there weren't superstitious, they just wanted to show their deeply rage
